The CataList DoveBid auction alliance encourages broker participation and we have several ways to work together. The brokerage community is very important to the success of our auctions and we invite your cooperation.
Bring your buyers
We offer a 2% commission when a buyer you represent purchases a home at one of our auctions. All you have to do is attend the event with your buyer and be present during the contract signing and we do the rest. For online bidding, simply have your buyer indicate you as his/her agent.
Real estate agents are welcome at all times as we believe they help the buyer understand the market and allow the buyer to bid with confidence knowing they have a trusted expert guiding them through the process. We also accept written offers (on the local state purchase contract) for buyers who can’t attend the auction but want to place an offer on a home for a client to be treated as a bid on their behalf.
We don’t pay commissions to agents who are acting as a principal in a transaction and all agents must provide proof of current and valid licensing before any commission is paid.
Seller or Listing Referrals
If you have a potential seller, whether it be a lender, builder, commercial property, premeire estate etc, we are happy to pay a referral fee.
